Return / Refund Policy 

This Policy does not apply to in-store purchases. Please call your local Pelican for Their Return Policy.

You can return your order to us for a full 90 days for a full refund. Customers only pay for return shipping. The item(s) should only be sent back to us in the original packaging, and make sure the product is in new condition. You can return most purchased products to us for a full 90 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition your received them in and also in the original box with all packaging. There is no restocking fee. You only pay for return shipping.

After your return is received by our warehouse and is inspected usually within 48 hours of receipt), your purchase price (not including shipping) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your credit card account.

If the product is delivered and does not meet the above requirements the return might be denied or a 10% restocking fee will be imposed. Examples of this (but not limited to) would be a robotic pool cleaner that arrives broken or  INSANELY dirty to the point it can not be sold without taking it apart to clean. (believe it or not people try to do this).

* Customer is Responsible for Outbound & Return Shipping Charges 

* Original outbound shipping & handling fee are non-refundable 

Pelican Shops will accept a return on most items that are in new, unused/unopened condition within 90 days of purchase for a refund, less any shipping and handling charges

Any Issues with Products under Warranty Except Robotic Pool Cleaners are not done through Pelican Shops. Manufacturers require the customer to contact Them about warranties, not the seller. 

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT CUSTOMER’S USE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT HAS TRACKING CAPABILITY WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.

Important SPA Delivery Disclaimers and Information

  • Spa Delivery does not include Electrical installations, only the placement of the tub. The customer should contact a licensed electrician to hook up the SPA.
  • Check with your town to see if you need a permit for both the SPA and the Electric Requirements. 220 Volt & 50 AMP Breaker.
  • The Spa’s location in the yard or patio must be LEVEL. Pelican sells Spa mats if you want an extra layer of protection beneath the SPA.
  • The SPAS Weight when filled with water and people will be around 5,000lbs.
  • SPA Warranty issues must be handled by the manufacturer.
  • No returns on delivered SPAS

Polywood Orders

Since Polywood Orders are Manufactured to Order they have increased lead times mentioned on the product page and for the shipping options when placing an order. Cancelling an order while it is in production / shipped is not possible as Polywood does not cancel already in production / shipped orders. If you would like to return the product after it is delivered to you, you can do so. However, the customer is responsible to return shipping costs of the item(s).
